Shipping Policy — CraftHouseXports

We carefully pack and ship our handmade Torans, Bandarwals and décor items to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains handling times, delivery methods, tracking, international shipping, duties & taxes and what to do if a shipment is delayed or damaged.


Standard processing time: 1–3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Custom or large/bulk orders may require additional handling time, which will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

  • We use trusted local and national carriers for domestic shipments and reputable international carriers for export orders.
  • Available shipping options (Standard, Express, Courier) and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Carrier selection may depend on destination, package size, and service availability.

Estimated delivery times (from shipment date):

  • Domestic (within India): 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express).
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Unforeseen delays (weather, carrier constraints, customs) may extend delivery time.

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. Use the provided tracking number on the carrier website to track progress. If tracking is missing or shows no updates, contact us and we will assist.

For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are non-refundable by CraftHouseXports.

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and record photos/unboxing video. Contact support within 7 days of delivery to file a damage claim.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment and escalate claims as necessary.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us immediately — we can update addresses only while the order is in processing and before shipment. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All items are carefully packaged to minimize movement and protect delicate handmade details. Fragile items may be double-boxed and cushioned. Please inspect packaging on arrival and report any obvious damage immediately.

  • Some shipments may require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, carriers will leave a delivery attempt notice and attempt re-delivery as per their policy.
  • Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes; where this applies, you will be notified at checkout or by email.
