Refund and Returns Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Certain items (custom-made or bulk orders) are non-returnable unless damaged/defective.

• After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• International refund timelines may vary by bank or payment provider.

• Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of additional shipping cost subject to stock availability.
• If replacement is unavailable, you may choose refund or store credit.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible: please apply for return after delivery.

Custom designs, special bulk export orders, and clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

• Return shipping is buyer's responsibility except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• For accepted return shipments we may provide a prepaid label where feasible.
• For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
